about

Merrimack is a tribute to the Merrimack River and the land it flows through. Like its long, winding path and history, this project has had a long and winding path to get to this culmination. This project has survived changes in lineup, the publishing of three other Ichabod albums during its progression, and delays too numerous to mention.

The end result? A powerhouse of rock, heavy and hard charging then slower and winding, a tribute to the temperament of the quintessential New England river journeying toward the open sea.

This album is meant to be listened to as one whole - as a journey - and we hope you will make time to share this journey with us.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the physical limitations of vinyl, the vinyl recording of Merrimack does not include The Return.
